Souffl

She is famous for her savory cheese soufflé.  

For dessert, I'd like to try the chocolate soufflé.  

The texture of the soufflé was incredibly light and airy.  

The key to a good soufflé is not to open the oven while it's baking.  

Unfortunately, my soufflé collapsed as soon as I took it out of the oven.
